A dial thickness gauge mainly used to measure the thickness of thick foils, it offers the following features:

• A rigid frame for stability, ease of use and accuracy
• Insulated handle to prevent heat transfer from the hand of the user to the sensitive mechanical parts
• A pointer revolution of .020" minimise the impact of differences in temperature and other environmental factors
• Less need to set the hand to 0 by turning the plexi glass cover compared to more sensitive models
• Standard contact force of 2.2N, can be supplied with a reduced contact force of 0.7N, or higher contact force of 3N
• Standard contact points: .25 inches ø flat
• Optional contact points: .4" ø flat, upper contact point convex r 15 or r 40, lower contact point .25" ø flat, lower contact point r 15, spherical
